Akudaya is a Yoruba word meaning a resurrected person who now lives away from family and friends in order to avoid being seen or discovered, that the soul or spirit of a dead after biological death begin a new life in a new body or in a new territory.

There have been debates of myth and reality on this for many years, little wonder why the Yorubas liken the world to a bus and its people to passengers, well the ruminating question remains “reincarnation” does it really exist?

NAIJAPARY Reporter G.song gathered that it was a mystery ,as a student of Federal polytechnic Ede in Osun State yesterday narrated that, how he saw a man said to be dead 6 years ago at his home town in kogi state of Nigeria .

Sodiq, Who is a student of Federal polytechnic Ede told our correspondent that “fear came over me when I saw him, his name is Mr Muhammad Utah” adding that he attended Mr Utah’s burial ceremony at Kogi then .

According to Sodiq,”i never believe in reincarnation until yesterday around Agbale in Ede ,(Sodiq failed to divulge precisely the area at Agbale to stop readers in the area being timorous ) when I was back to my hostel trying to buy bread to eat, I saw this man then he noticed me, I ran back immediately to my lodge since then my heart have been in my mouth” saying that he cannot just stay alone in his apartment .
