She graduated from Cherokee High School in 1993.

She is a previous contestant in the US show “Shear Genius”, which led to her fame in the country.

Tabatha grew up in a family of hairstylists as her mother first worked in the profession, and then her brother. At the age of 14, she got her start in the hairstyling industry, working at Surfers Paradise, Queensland where she became an assistant in a local shop.

Her fascination with hairstyling grew thanks to her parents, who owned and operated a strip club in Adelaide.

After a year of working, she entered an apprenticeship program to learn more about the craft, before moving to London to continue with her training, which lasted for another three years.
