Popular Nigerian comedienne Helen Paul has officially become a professor.
She becomes Nigeria’s first popular stand-up comedienne to be a professor.
She had previously bagged a Ph.D. in Theatre Arts from the University of Lagos.
The multi-talented entertainer and academic made the announcement known via her social media handles on Monday.
Helen shared photos and videos from her induction in the United States of America.
She also congratulated her husband Femi Bamisile who also graduated as a Doctor of Law from the same institution.
She said: “Congratulations to all of us at Heart University. I am now officially Professor Paul Helen. The ceremony was a beautiful one indeed. My sincere gratitude to my Boss and the University Chancellor. Dornett Mcintosh Ph.D

Helen has also been appointed as the Head of the Department of Arts, Music and Entertainment at Heart International University, United States.
