Who was Mardye McDole?
Mardye McDole began his career at Mississippi State, where he was a three-time All-SEC wide receiver, from 1977 to 1980. He was the first Bulldogs receiver to record 1,000 yards in a season as a sophomore in 1978. At Mississippi State, McDole and Don Nelson were teammates.
