LAUTECH ELECTIONS: Hoodlum Beats DSA Mercilessly

Even as the entire student populace of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology celebrate the peaceful and successful conduction of the LAUTECH Students’ Union election, some forces stand ready to tip the school into an abyss of chaos.

The LSU election which was conducted yesterday, 13th of June 2018 suffered a few setbacks but the voting process proper was quite successful. It was glaring to all that the voting was a free and fair affair. Of the nine offices in contention, LIBERAL MOVEMENT took just two offices while NLV cleared the rest. So it came as a surprise yesterday when NLV, led by their EMPEROR, BOSSMAN went on a rampage after the pronouncements.

According to NAIJAPARY source, it was revealed that;

“Immediately after the Electoral Chairman announced the victors yesterday, angry NLVites acting on the instructions of their leaders started scattering school. They took their rampage outside school, injuring several onlookers. Then they went on to target specific people they held responsible for their “failure”. They succeeded in seriously wounding Gozalex, one of the aspirants in the just concluded drama.

“The final act in this shameful drama came early today when EMPEROR BOSSMAN in the company of several hoodlums armed with axes and guns went to attack the Dean of Student Affairs. Their aim was to threaten him into changing the result of yesterday’s election. When the DSA refused to be intimidated, they beat him mercilessly, cutting him in several places. External security personnel had to be called in to rescue him.

“This is indeed a disgraceful and demeaning act especially considering the fact that BOSSMAN is the son of the present SSG of Osun state. Also note that his father is also vying for the office of the governor of Osun state. If the actions of BOSSMAN reflect the teachings of his father then it is clear what kind of governor he would make.”

The truth remains that election has come and gone. There will always be victors and there will always be less lucky persons. Now is the time to work together to make the administration of those in office a success we can all be proud of, not disrupt school activities and maim fellow students. LSU belongs to each and every one of us ladokites. Let us work together to make it great.
