Today for some students of Federal polytechnic Ede , reading articles can be displeasing and that is why my manuscript shall be an abridgement without any form of addendum .
Experience discerned that after the release of semester results the following week,look outwardly to be spontaneously intuitive or of inferential knowledge.
Happiness in the course of study lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort of students . Aftermath of the outcome of the results happiness of another student is essential to our own because happiness is non – negotiable .
Following the release of Federal polytechnic Ede 17/18 Academic session first semester results there have been a surge in the number of students having a disheartening spirit not even because expectations were shut down but for the fact that life that is burdened with expectations is a heavy life and that man is Oliver twist naturally.
Listen,though exam most times may not be a true measurement of your “other” intelligences nevertheless exam with its results have been given such a significance that they are in danger of undermining the very thing they are designed to encourage – a high quality broad based education that prepares students for life,of course exam results matters however that doesn’t mean that disappointing or heartbreaking ones are a burden that can never be shaken off,exam is not the be – all and end – all but like it or not ,these tests are stepping stone and your grades are a part of the story of your life.
Now that fate have been uncover to students of great Polytechnic Ede,for those that anticipated for everything and got nothing learn to accept what happened. It is important to accept your failure,If you expected a great result but don’t have one, experience the pain first and end up with the optimistic thought:” I can pick up from where I left off” educational Success is subjective and it differs from one individual to another because hard work is a better predictor of success . Students of Federal Polytechnic Ede should be knowledgeable that sometimes by losing a battle you find a new way to win the war which is academics,It’s in the unexpected that the magic happens so take notice of your disappointments – they are often opportunities, disguised as something else,the next attempt is not very far away. So, students should analyse their weak areas and start working on those areas and remember that nothing that happens now has to determine what happens next,failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts and failure is another steppingstone to greatness.
Life does not end with bad results,This period of anxiety and pressure will soon pass. Understand that everyone needs time to handle disappointments. Figure out what you are disappointed with and try to work on that,your future is in your hands. Whatever your mind can conceive and believe, you can achieve.
