Born on the 1st of July, 1991, Rosemond Alade Brown better known as Akuapem Poloo is a Ghanaian-Togolese actress.
She was born in Suhum, in the Eastern Region of Ghana and attended the Suhum Roman Catholic School, moved to Ofori Payin and eventually graduated from the Adonten Senior High School.

The actress is a mother of one boy, and interestingly, she is the only daughter of her mother. Her grandfather raised her. After moving to Accra, she studied Public Relations in one of the media schools in Accra.
