Young Man Scams His Friends, Uses Money To Buy iPhone For Girlfriend
A Nigerian man allegedly ripped off his friends and subsequently used the proceeds to buy an iPhone XR for his girlfriend.
The friends he scammed launched a search for him and they decided to forcefully take back the phone from the girl.
A video which surfaced online shows the moment a group of young men confronted the said girl and retrieved the iPhone her man gifted her.
It was gathered that they caught the scammer and in the course of being assaulted, he confessed to have used a part of the money to buy smartphone for his girlfriend.
In the trending video clip, the victims who were said to have tracked her down could be seen collecting the phone from her.
