The controversial activist, VeryDarkMan has come out to explain how he believes Yahoo Boys are behind the floating economy of Nigeria.
Recall that the activist was in Jos at a comedy event only recently. It was here in Jos that he was invited to a radio show with JayFm 101.9 where he revealed this information.
According to him, he believes that even though fraud is very wrong, Yahoo Boys have done a lot of good to keep Nigeria’s economy from sinking.
He claims some of them use the proceeds from their activities to purchase houses and plazas in areas such as Lekki, thus keeping many businesses afloat.
He admits that even though politicians have also stolen a lot, they spend their money outside of Nigeria, but Yahoo Boys give back to the economy making them better in a way.
VeryDarkMan also insists they’re foolish as well because they are the reason everything is more costly in Nigeria but there is still a little advantage to it.
According to him, it is because of them there is the introduction of online businesses, Cryptocurrency trading amongst other ways of making money on the internet now.
