Video: Voters End Up Cooking For INEC Officials At Polling Unit To Ensure Upload Of Results
A video making the results online shows residents cooking for officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
It as gathered that voting and collation went deep into the night and there were complaints of network issues and exhaustion by the officials.
Voters who were impatiently waiting for election results to be uploaded to the INEC server had to resort to cooking food for them to stay behind and have strength to wait until the network issue is resolved.
There was a makeshift stove and the residents could be seen preparing what looked like noodles and egg.
