After graduating from the University of Manchester in 2001, Rinder was admitted to the bar and began his pupillage at 2 Paper Buildings. Then he moved into 2 Hare Court as a renter.
He then became an expert in instances involving global fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.
Following the killings of Leticia Shakespeare and Charlene Ellis in January 2003, he was involved in prosecutions. He also defended British troops accused of manslaughter following the deaths of prisoners in Iraq.
