She facilitated the establishment of the first Women National league in South Africa, served as a Chairperson of Woman’s Football of the South African Football Association (SAFA) and Served as a member of the Premier Soccer League Board of Governors.
She is currently serving as the first black female Vice-President of South African Football Association (SAFA), a Match Commissioner for Confederation of African Football (CAF) since 2014, a Deputy Chairperson of the Transformation Committee (EPG) appointed by the Minister of Sports Arts and Recreation since 2013, and serving in the National Executive Committee (NEC) of South African Football Association (SAFA) of which she was elected in 2013.
She is a multi-business & sport award winner who received her first business women of the year award in 1999. Other awards include the Excellence award from the Limpopo Provincial Government 2018/2019 in recognition of her contribution, dedication and outstanding commitment for her role in football in South Africa. In 2019, she received the lifetime achiever award from The Gauteng Sports Awards.
She established the foundation after experiencing first hand emotional and mental abuse in the boardroom. She wants to dedicate her life to fight GBV of any kind.
