On 21 November 2022, the single debuted on TurnTable Bubbling Under Top 100 at number 8, and number 15 on Nigeria Hip-Hop/Rap Songs chart. On 28 November 2022, “Picanto” debuted at number 79 on the Top 100, and number 44 on Nigeria Radio, the song also reached Number 6 at Nigeria Hip-Hop/Rap Songs chart.
