Nigerian Singer, Davido Pays TG Omori His First N100million For Music Video

Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Davido, born David Adeleke has revealed that he spent N100 million on a music video directed by TG Omori.

He made this known during a recent interview with Beats 99.9 fm, while talking about his latest album, TIMELESS.

Davido said he is happy with the work that Omori delivered and he noted that the money is the first N100m the boy director would be receiving from any artiste.

The DMW boss revealed that the shoot lasted for six days and he (Davido) only came for three days to shoot his own scenes while TG Omori handles the rest.

Davido Timeless

He praised the boy director for paying attention to details. The song in question whose video was done is for “LCND- Legends Can Never Die”.

Davido also talked about how difficult it was for him to release Timeless, as he explained that he did not want to sound sad or depressed and he tried his best to put out good songs with powerful lyrics.

He released the album early Friday morning and sent special thanks to his wife, Chioma as well as fans.
