Actor Michael K. Williams, best known for his role as Omar Little on The Wire, has died. He was just 54 years old.
Michael, who also starred in Boardwalk Empire, and more recently, the HBO series Lovecraft Country, was found dead in his Brooklyn apartment by his nephew.
“He was alone when he was discovered. Illegal paraphernalia was found in the apartment.
“The medical examiner is currently investigating his cause of death.”
Sources told The Post that Michael was found dead in the living room of his penthouse by his nephew.
