Gotham FC celebrate Onumonu for reaching century cap

National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) side Gotham FC have honoured Nigeria forward Ifeoma Onumonu for reaching 100 caps.

Onumonu linked up with Gotham FC from Reign FC in 2020.

The 29-year-old signed a new three-year contract that will keep her with Gotham FC through the 2025 season on October 25, 2022.

The striker previously played for the Boston Breakers and Portland Thorns.

Onumonu represented the United States of America at the U-23 level before switching allegiance to Nigeria.

She has scored twice in 14 appearances for the Super Falcons.
