Today, the Nigerian Inspector General of Police announced the dissolution of the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS).
It is on this note, that the Students Union Government of the Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State, under the leadership of Comrade Mallam Ajibade Quazeem Adekunle (KAZYWHITE) informs the entire students that the earlier scheduled #EndSARS protest for Tuesday morning has been cancelled.
We use this humble medium to congratulate the entire students’ populace and all Nigerian citizens who are potential victims of police brutality and victimization on the recent development and urge us all to continue to pray and work for a better Nigeria.
We as well use this medium to urge all students of Federal Polytechnic Ede to start preparing for resumption as our institution will be reopened any moment from now.
