A Nigerian medical doctor has shared the heartwarming act done by a family whose baby he helped deliver at the hospital a month ago.
The young medic known on Twitter as @Xhaka_MD, said the parents paid him a visit at work on December 25 to celebrate the festive season with him.
According to him, when the family learnt that he was working on Christmas Day, they decided to visit his workplace with the newborn baby and some gifts.
He was elated that they thought about making his day splendid amid the fact that he had to work on a day many people were at home with family.
@Xhaka_MD shared a photo of him cradling the baby and wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
He wrote; “So I delivered this cute baby boy about a month ago and when the parents heard I was working on Christmas day, they showed up with the baby and some gifts for me.
I’m elated. 🤗😃 Merry Christmas to you and yours.🎄”
