Absolutely yes! The service is available on all network service provides. For example, MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile.

Is there need to switch on my data connection when using this service?

No! You don’t need to switch on your data connection. All transactions are made via a USSD session. Therefore, you need to have a minimum of 10 naira in your airtime balance to initiate this session.
