Bose Akinola was born on September 9,1973 to his parents in Ibadan Oyo state.
She was raised and grew up in Ibadan, she is a Nigerian by nationality.
She had her early education at Omoyeni Primary School and Community Grammar School, Akanran.
She later went to Adekile Goodwill Grammar School, Ibadan where she had her secondary school education.

Bose Akinola began her early career as a businesswoman where she joined My Mother’s Business and sells planks at Bodija Market, in Ibadan.
She had a training at the Association of Nigeria Theatre Arts Practionals (ANTP). Which gives her the foundation in her acting career.
