Black Panther Actor, Boseman, Married Secretly Before Death

Chadwick Boseman, popular for his role as King T’challa in Black Panther, got married before his death, reports have said.

The Hollywood star is said to have married Taylor Simone Ledward, a singer, in 2019 in a private ceremony.

Boseman and Ledward were first spotted together at the Los Angeles International Airport by paparazzi in 2015. They were again seen together in 2017 when the actor was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

In 2018, Ledward joined Boseman at the premieres of Black Panther and 21 Bridges. The actor then acknowledged her at the 50th NAACP Image Awards saying he loves her. She was also shown mouthing a response to him.

Ledward’s grandmother confirmed the pair was ‘very happy’ together when she spoke to InTouch Weekly in April 2018.

Boseman’s death comes ten months after the pair got engaged, with the wedding ceremony thought to have taken place recently. The couple were reportedly planning to tie the knot with a ‘2020’ wedding.

He passed away at his home after a four-year battle with colon cancer.
