Before the BBNaija week 2 Monday live nomination show, the housemates participated in the week's Head of House and Black Envelope challenges.
Big Brother Naija Season 8 housemate Kiddwaya emerged as BBNaija week 2 head of house challenge winner. He gained immunity from this week's possible eviction for winning the head-of-house challenge. Angel also emerged as the black envelope holder for the week and also has immunity for the week.
With many tricks up big brother's sleeve, the regular nomination process was replaced with “Pardon Me Plea”, and the housemates were called into the diary room to nominate a housemate they would love to give immunity for the week.
The housemates were allowed to nominate others except themselves, the head of house – Kiddwaya and the black envelope holder – Angel.
