Ngnews247 understands that the event tagged ‘the Armed Forces Remembrance Day’ is an annual public holiday event celebrated on every January 15 to commemorate the servicemen of the Nigerian Armed Forces.

This year’s event which was held at the Eagles Square in Abuja in honour of the fallen heroes received the presence of the President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila.
