Aisha Yesufu: We’ll Criticise Peter Obi More Than Any Past President

Co-convener of Bring Back Our Girls, (BBOG), Aisha Yesufu has said Nigerians will hold the Labour Party (LP) flagbearer, Peter Obi, accountable, if he is elected president in February.

She stated this via her verified Twitter account on Wednesday, noting that he will be criticised more than they have ever done to any politician because much is expected of him.

The activist said Obi will not be compared with the country’s past leaders and his performance will be measured based on the standard of the best leaders in the world.

Yesufu wrote; “We will criticize him more than we have ever criticized any politician because we expect him to deliver more.

She stated that even at gunpoint, if Obi’s name is no longer on the ballot, she would still thumbprint him during the presidential election in 2023.
