Eight kidnapped victims have been rescued by men of the Nigerian Police Force in Rivers state.
According to reports, the victims were kidnapped along the now popular Ubima-Ozuoha road in Ubima community (where the minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi hails from) in Ikwerre local government area of the state.
They were rescued following a raid carried out by the security operatives today in the area.
