The Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi has conquered the candidates of APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Nasarawa State.
It will be recalled that the 2023 presidential election was held on the 25th of February. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinibu of the All-Progressive people’s party and Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party have lost their votes in Nasarawa State.
Peter Obi, who captured four local governments in Nasarawa, and votes obtained votes from other LGAs totaling 191,361 to bag the state.
He was ahead of other political parties such as the ruling APC with 172, 922 votes, PDP with a total score of 147, 093, NNPP polled 12, 715, and APGA polled 989 among other parties.
